Pricing questions
- What happens when the 90-day trial ends?
- You pick the band that matches your fleet and carry on with full access. Nothing switches off mid-hire, and there is no automatic charge before you have chosen a plan and added a card.
- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. You get instant access and the full 90 days with no card and no sales call. You only add payment details when you decide to stay on.
- Is GST included in the prices?
- Yes. Every price on this page is in NZD and GST-inclusive, so the figure you see is the figure on your invoice. You will get a GST invoice each month for your records.
- What counts as a vehicle, and how do the bands work?
- Your band follows your active, billable fleet: the vehicles you can currently take bookings on. Cars you retire or take off the road do not count. As your fleet grows past a band, you move up to the next one; if it shrinks, you move back down.
- Can I cancel any time, and what happens to my data?
- Yes, you can cancel any time from your workspace; there is no lock-in contract. Your booking, customer and payment records stay yours; you can export them, and we keep them available through your notice period so a move elsewhere is not a scramble.
- What do founding members get?
- The founding offer is limited to the first 50 operators. Founding members pay the founding rate for their band, that rate is held for as long as the subscription stays active, and Glovebox Sites (your branded website) is included at no extra cost. Once the 50 seats are taken, new operators move to standard pricing.
- Do add-ons like Broadcasts bill separately?
- Yes. Modules such as Broadcasts are optional and add to your monthly invoice only while they are switched on. You can turn them off any time, and the change takes effect from your next invoice.
- Is there a setup fee or onboarding cost?
- No setup fee and no onboarding charge. Signup is self-serve with a guided setup, and support during your trial is part of the deal, not an extra line item.
