Does Glovebox track COF, registration and RUC?
Yes. Each car carries its compliance dates and RUC balance, shown on the dashboard with reminders, so you are never caught out by a lapsed certificate or an empty RUC.
Can customers book and pay online?
Yes. Embed the widget on your site or use a hosted Glovebox site, and take deposits and balances through Windcave or Stripe, so a booking is confirmed and paid before pickup.
Does it handle bonds and security deposits?
Yes. The bond is authorised on the customer's card at pickup, re-authorised before it expires, and released automatically on return, so you are covered without holding cash.
Can I capture the driver licence at pickup?
Yes. The handover captures both sides of the licence, expiry and an International Driving Permit where required, alongside condition photos and a signature, so your record is complete.
Can I move my existing bookings over?
Yes. We help you import your current bookings and fleet when you start, so you are not re-keying a season of data by hand.
Do I need a new website?
