Add your fleet to your website

Copy one snippet from Settings → Website → Embeds and paste it into your site. Your fleet appears as cards, each linking into your booking widget. Appearance is set in Glovebox, so you never re-paste.

This guide answers

  • How do I put my fleet on my own website?
  • How do I add the fleet widget to WordPress / Wix / Squarespace?
  • Will the cards show availability and dates?
  • Do I have to re-paste the code when I change a colour?

Glovebox can put your whole fleet on your own website. Visitors see a tidy grid of your vehicle groups — photo, key specs and a "from" price — and each card's button takes them straight into your Glovebox booking widget with that group already selected. You add it with one line of code, and you never have to touch that code again.

What it is (and isn't)

  • It's your shop window: it shows your groups and a catalogue "from" price (GST inclusive), and sends customers into the booking widget to pick dates and pay.
  • It is not a date search or an availability checker. Those live in the booking widget, which the buttons open. The fleet cards stay simple and load fast.
  • Customers book a group (a class of vehicle), not a specific car — the model shown is an example.

Set it up

  1. In Glovebox, go to Settings → Website → Embeds.

  2. Set your accent colour and button text, choose how many columns you want (or leave it Responsive), and pick a default location if you only want to show one branch.

  3. Watch the live preview update as you change things, then click Save settings.

  4. Click Copy snippet. It looks like this:

    <!-- Glovebox fleet widget -->
    <script src="https://your-workspace.getglovebox.co.nz/embed/fleet.js" async></script>

Because your appearance is saved in Glovebox, this snippet is a permanent one-liner — change a colour or the button text any time and your website updates on its own. You never re-paste.

Paste it into your site

WordPress

  1. Edit the page where you want your fleet (Dashboard → Pages → your page → Edit).
  2. Add a Custom HTML block (click +, search "Custom HTML").
  3. Paste the snippet, then Update. Using a page builder like Elementor? Use its HTML widget instead.

Wix

  1. In the Wix editor: Add → Embed Code → Embed HTML.
  2. Click Enter Code, paste the snippet, then Apply.
  3. Drag the box taller so the cards fit, then Publish (Wix only runs embedded code on the published site, not in the editor).

Squarespace

  1. Open the page and click Edit (code blocks need a Business plan or higher).
  2. Add a Code block where you want the fleet.
  3. Delete the sample text, paste the snippet, and untick Display Source. Save.

Anything else

Any site builder with an "embed" or "custom code" option works the same way: paste the snippet where you want the fleet to appear, then publish and hard-refresh the page.

Good to know

  • No photos yet? Cards show a neat placeholder until you add a group photo in Glovebox — add photos for the best look.
  • Prices are per day, in NZD, GST inclusive. One-way and seasonal charges are worked out at checkout.
  • "Powered by Glovebox" shows on sandbox workspaces and turns off once you go live; you can also control it from the Embeds page.
